A calendar will be provided with data days, action planning meetings, assessment creation meetings. We will follow this process:
PLCs
Weekly Schedule
PLCs will take place on Fridays at 1:30 beginning in September. Details will be provided in the Bulldog Bark.
A calendar will be provided with data days, action planning meetings, assessment creation meetings. We will follow this process:
- Round 1: Aligned assessment
- Round 2: Backwards plan PBL unites, aligned lessons & formative assessments
- Round 3: Assess
- Round 4: Analyze data
- Round 5: Create an action plan based on data analysis
- Round 6: Implement action plan
- Round 7: Re-assess
PLCs
- A member of the Instructional Leadership Team will be present at every PLC to support and possibly facilitate/model the PLC
- The goal is that teachers are leading all PLCs by mid-year
- Minutes must be captured and shared via PLC Folder in Phillips Google Drive in our PLC template
- The agenda should be prepared by a designated team member.
- Each teacher must arrive at the PLC prepared (ex: if the team decides to analyze data, each teacher should arrive with data already organized).
- Each teacher will be assigned a role in PLCs: Timekeeper, Master Scribe, & Facilitator.
